Terms and Shipping
Payments:
We accept payment through bank transfer. We will supply you with an invoice including all the details needed to proceed with your order. As all Remy-Woodcock products are made to order, a 50% deposit is required to start production and balance payment prior to shipping. All payments are to be made in AUD$.
Shipping and delivery:
Remy-Woodcock will endeavour to manufacture and deliver your order as soon as possible. Please allow up to 30-60 working days within Australia for delivery. For all international orders please e-mail us directly to discuss shipping.
Occasionally shipping time may be extended, due to unforeseen circumstances, in this case we will contact you immediately to let you know of any delivery changes.
If delivery is included and a site access has not been conducted, it is assumed it is for level access to a loading dock or similar in the metropolitan area unless otherwise stated. On quotation, please advise if lifts and/or loading docks are used for access. Delivery is between normal business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Delivery outside these times will require quoting and additional costs. LOADING DOCK - if height has not been provided, the client is liable for all additional costs of installation caused by restrictions in height/access.
Cancellations
All Remy-Woodcock pieces are made to order based on the client's specification, unfortunately cancellations of orders are not permitted if an order has been placed with our supplier(s).
Late delivery
Unfortunately sometimes orders can run late and occasionally issues can occur within the production facilities or during transport. We will always work towards achieving your order in a timely manner.
Unfortunately we cannot be liable for any loss as a result of a late delivery of your order and will not entitle you to cancel your order.
Warranty:
Remy-Woodcock warrants all products as follows unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
However our warranty does not cover fabric, leather, vinyl, metal finishes (including powder coats), variations in natural timber and stone, natural and normal wear-and-tear, misuse, applied finishes or client’s customisations of any Remy-Woodcock product.
Failure to adhere to the product care and maintenance instructions for your product may also void your warranty.
Shelving: 5 year structural warranty
Planters: 5 year structural warranty
Seating: 5 year structural warranty
Lighting: 2 years
Outdoor products (including any outdoor variation of our Planters, shelving and seating): 2 year structural warranty
Warranty claims will not be valid unless accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase. Please submit all warranty claims to: info@remy-woodcock.com
